Community Outreach

Bluegrass Community Health Center provides comprehensive healthcare to migrant farmworker and the homeless in various outreach settings. BCHC is committed to increasing access to care and improving the health of these special populations. Outreach clinics serve our community and patients by utilizing a team of Medical Providers, Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Counselors, Care Coordinators, and other support staff.
